After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.

I had an excellent experience working with this therapist. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their clients’ growth. They created a safe and understanding space where I felt comfortable opening up, and their support helped me work through issues I once thought I never could. Fantastic, I have been looking for solutions for such a long time and I truly feel that Denise can help me find them. Denise is very friendly, patient, and took her time to explain In depth how the human brain works. I'm very hopeful for going forward with this therapy and couldn't recommend enough.
