I had an excellent experience working with this therapist. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their clients’ growth. They created a safe and understanding space where I felt comfortable opening up, and their support helped me work through issues I once thought I never could. I’ve grown so much emotionally and mentally, and I’m very thankful for their guidance. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking meaningful change.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.

Denise is a fabulous listener, has a positive outlook and is an all round nice lady. The hypnotherapy sessions tailored to her clients and I've found them very helpful and effective.
