Booked a relaxing massage with Cairyn as a birthday treat. The use of different tools she used at the beginning of the session helped me fully relax prior to the actual massage. The massage was gentle but firm in the areas where I had more stress and tension built up. It was a great experience that made me feel pampered, and calmed down my nervous system and muscles. Will definitely repeat.

An amazing experience. I went for a special treatment with feathers and sensory massage tools into an hour aromatherapy massage. A refreshing change to the usual. Cairyn is so talented and knowledgeable. I had some hip pain and she worked on it like she knew where it was exactly. She has a unique style- quite connective and soothing at the same time. I had one of the most relaxing full body massages I’ve ever experienced. From the moment the session began, it was clear that Rhian had really listened to what I needed. They took the time to focus on the specific areas I’d mentioned beforehand, and the attention to detail made all the difference. The pressure was perfectly balanced—firm enough to release tension, yet gentle enough to keep the experience deeply calming. I could feel knots easing away, especially in the areas that usually give me trouble, and the whole treatment flowed seamlessly from one part of the body to the next.

Pressure was lovely. I was able to deal with diabetes nonsense she was able to make it no problem at all. I got right back into the zone and I was relaxed and easy within minutes.

I’ve just had my second pregnancy massage with Cairyn at Souls Journey, and honestly, it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. At 37 weeks pregnant, comfort is everything, and she made me feel completely at ease the moment I arrived. She’s so warm and welcoming, and you can really tell how much she cares about what she does. Every part of the massage felt thoughtful and tailored — she checked I was comfortable and supported, which made such a difference. This time, she also gently included my bump in the massage, which I absolutely loved. It was an amazing experience.

Barbora took note of my needs and delivered a perfect massage that also targeted specific areas of tension, adjusting the pressure as required, leaving me feeling free of tension, more mobile and completely revitalised. Always feel absolutely amazing after a Zita massage. My body knows when it’s in need of a massage. I could feel the knots just melting away. The positive energy that I feel afterwards is so powerful.
