Such a great local gym, particularly if you’re less confident and want to avoid the crowds. All the PTs are really lovely, and Becca in particular has helped me understand my body so much better with her holistic approach to health and fitness. I’ve been having PT sessions here consistently for over a year and I’m feeling so much stronger, fitter and generally happier as a result! I never thought I’d look forward to exercising but I actually do now thanks to Becca and the Cutting Fitness team!

I had my 1st ever session with Gayan today. Was amazing and the knowledge he has shines through! You know your in safe hands, if your worried don't be he will guide you through the therapy and explain everything along the way, whilst checking your ok. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone! Even the aftercare and explanation of what to expect after treatment is second to none.

Lily was brilliant - super knowledgeable, thorough and really improved the tension in my back. She also sent me some stretches that I can do in my own time, which I really appreciated. I’ll be rebooking soon!

Another outstanding service!! After a recent car accident where I had multiple physiotherapy session and didn't really see much difference I decided enough is enough and saw Gayan. I had a full body reset, he also explained what to do going forward with aftercare info. I feel so much better already and hope recovery will be quicker with his expert guidance.

I went to Asirilanka Therapy with really bad back pain, and the therapist was amazing. He clearly knew what he was talking about and immediately pointed out issues that have been building up for years. After the session, I already feel better and definitely on the road to recovery. Highly recommend!

Comprehensive, tailored treatment using a variety of interventions. Immediate relief and improvement in some areas, other areas improved a few days post treatment. Excellent after care plan/exercises which are already helping less than a week later. A comfortable, professional environment, a therapist that truly listens, engages, and communicates throughout the treatment, providing clear explanations. Would highly recommend .

Had my first full body reset today after initially just having a 1hr treatment. I feel a million dollars. Cannot recommend enough. Friendly, calm and professional. Huge depth of knowledge and even took time to show me stretches etc I can be doing myself between visits. You will not regret having a treatment. Thanks again. I’ll be back x

Easily the best Sports Massage I have had in 20 years. I was able to discuss accumulated injuries and problems from 45 years of football and running and Kerry was able to suggest and plan appropriate treatment. Highly recommended.
