Jasmine is a miracle worker for neck pain! "After suffering from a stiff neck, I booked four osteopathy sessions at JOsteopathy. My practitioner, Jasmine, was absolutely brilliant. She is not only a very friendly person, which immediately puts you at ease, but she is also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. The results speak for themselves – I felt a significant improvement after just one session. Having completed my treatment, my neck feels so much better. This was my first visit and Jasmine was very friendly and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to me with a plan of action in place. Her treatment room is lovely- clean and comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Had a 90 minute massage today with Jason for the first time and it’s probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He was very thorough with his work and checked in when necessary to make sure I felt comfortable. Really easy to talk to and all round genuine person. Have booked another massage in 2 weeks time. Definitely recommend :)

Jasmine conducts a very comprehensive initial assessment prior to commencing any necessary treatment. The assessment covers all aspects of your lifestyle which may result in the suggestion to visit your local GP to investigate other possible underlying health issues In additional to the physical treatment, Jasmine pro-actively provides rehabilitation advice including exercise/ routines. From experience this is something that you often have to raise with the therapist. A friendly disposition makes you feel at ease to raise any questions you may have both during or after treatment
