Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. Nisa is very a skilled therapist with great technique, she's always warm and professional. Great value, easy booking, and I’m already excited to return. Highly recommended.

A beautifully designed place that stands out from the rest in Westbourne. Khianna has been my therapist for the past five years. Khianna has a very calming presence. And is absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time I have an appointment. I Highly recommend Freeda!

I’ve tried a few different chiropractors nearby, and their techniques were all pretty much the same. That’s why I decided to see this chiropractor, who is incredibly attentive and dedicated—they even took care of the soles of my feet! I’m confident that I’ll keep getting better. I plan to come back a few more times to see if my joints become more stable and my body feels less tense.

I had my review appointment with Khianna today and once again the experience was exceptional. She carefully reviewed my previous treatment and made subtle top-ups to maintain natural results. I made an initial enquiry about filler and was really impressed by her honesty. She could easily have carried out the treatment and taken my money, but instead explained why it wasn’t right for my bone structure and recommended a more suitable option. No hard sell, just honest, professional advice. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly recommended.

First time in over 20 years that I have had a chiropractor or physio actually manipulate my ankle in such a fashion that it started to realign back to the normal ankle joint. Also fixed my shoulder in readiness for playing badminton that evening. Both ankle and shoulder were great but I will need to go back, unprompted by Sukhothai who are clearly not involved in the usual 10 sessions and we see how it goes approach. Need manipulation of the ankle to continue with re-alignment and also shoulder started to ache again after 3-4 days. Superb!!

First appointment this morning and worked my shoulder injury very well but went over and above checked my whole body I’m relined my back to my pelvis and my stiff neck. No fuss, great service and a nice friendly therapist I will be returning
