Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

Claire was professional, friendly and the massage was wonderful. I’ve had an on-going problem with my neck, back, shoulders which has then caused a really painful ache in my arm which has eased since the massage.

Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

It was a gift that lead me to Sarah. I was a little apprehensive as I have a frozen shoulder and some other issues surrounding my shoulder/neck area. However, Sarah listened to my concerns and concentrated on these areas to help release stiffness and provided me with some exercises to continue on my journey to recovery. I will certainly return for not only physio but relaxation sessions.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
