Sarah is very welcoming and friendly. Explains everything fully and gives an after care plan. You can tell she is very thorough and knowledgeable I would highly recommend align holistic and sports therapy.

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored. I will definitely be visiting Sarah often. She's part of my kick boxing journey now. The best sports therapy and holistic session I've ever had. I feel totally relaxed and pain free.
