La mejor fisioterapia cerca de mí en Sorrento, Perth

This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Thank you, Chelle, for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back and bring my 12 year old daughter with me✨

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!

Chelle is such a powerfully potent energetic force! I felt so safely held in her energy and presence. My body was very receptive to her energy and I appreciated the moments that Chelle allowed my energy to align the way that it was meant to throughout our session. Lots of tingles and jingles and shifts around my throat, heart and solar plexus chakras. I feel a strong sense of grounding and calmness in the aftermath. My mind has shifted as well as my emotions and feelings in profound ways. I look forward to my next session. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Julz :-) xxx

I recently experienced a virtual Spinal Energetics session with Chelle McCormack, and it was truly wonderful. Chelle's, calm, grounded presence created a space that felt incredibly safe, supportive and nurturing. Despite being conducted online, I felt deeply connected throughout the session, and left felling lighter and more grounded. Chelle's gentle and intuitive approach made the experience both powerful and comfortable. I highly recommend Chelle to anyone curious about Spinal Energetics and looking for a practitioner who offers a safe and supportive experience. :)
