This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Chelle is such a powerfully potent energetic force! I felt so safely held in her energy and presence. My body was very receptive to her energy and I appreciated the moments that Chelle allowed my energy to align the way that it was meant to throughout our session. Lots of tingles and jingles and shifts around my throat, heart and solar plexus chakras. I feel a strong sense of grounding and calmness in the aftermath. I had my first oce bath and sauna experience and it was amazing. Well guided by chelle the entire session, calm and relaxing. I also did the spinal energetics for the first time. It was a relaxing experience that was well guided. Chelle was so lovely and went through the steps to ensure we got the best out of session. Highly recommended

We visited the place after a hectic week and it was absolutely spot on! The private sauna and ice bath setup are unreal. Very clean, relaxing and exactly what we needed to completely reset. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently experienced a virtual Spinal Energetics session with Chelle McCormack, and it was truly wonderful. Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!

What an incredible Spinal Energetics session! Chelle was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ve been dealing with a hip/glute injury for over two years that had me relying on anti-inflammatories daily. After just my second session, I’ve been completely off them for 6 weeks, something I honestly didn’t think would be possible! If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it. Absolutely worth it!

Recently had my very first Spinal Energetics session. Such a unique and interesting experience! The session led Chelle (such a lovely human btw) to an area of my body where I had been feeling stuck with pain. I had not disclosed this to her prior to having the session. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated, with a literal buzz like I had electricity running through me. Highly recommend and would 100% go again.

My Spinal Energetics session with Chelle was great, she brought me into a deep relaxed state where I was able to switch the mind off & connect with my body. Experienced a clearing effect of physical tension, emotional build up & inflammation that is stored over time. Highly recommend to anyone considering trying out a new modality. My partner and I did the Shift experience today, and absolutely recommend it! The guided meditation really helped especially during the ice bath which is so difficult normally. 10/10 will be back again! ❤️
