The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I’ve never felt so relaxed during a treatment. Great treatments with Lorraine as always. Relaxing massage and facial. Followed by liquid facial with Dawn, thoroughly explained and even within minutes the treatment is very impactful.

It’s my 3rd treatment here. They are always professional and give an excellent service. I’ve had microneedling on my breasts again because last year’s session was so effective for lifting and tightening my skin. Very happy. Thank you.

Lorraine was six stars as she always is, very professional but in a relaxing way and her knowledge of skin care is exceptional. The treatment room felt somewhat cramped and dark compared to the one I am used to, not an improvement

Myself and my sister love our visits to the Clinic, Dawn is lovely, friendly and we always have a nice chat about everything and anything and makes you feel at ease. If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Always a pleasure to visit this salon, as I feel valued and looked after. Yes, the treatment is stingy, so you are given numbing cream. Shell is an absolute star. She is positive about my results and the chat is always good. I will be back :-)

Had Profhilo a month ago and. EPN micro needling recently. Never felt a thing and the redness in my face went down a few hours later. Dawn was brilliant as always. Thank you so much. I get so many compliments about my skin.

Unreal experience. My first ever facial massage and wow. Never felt so relaxed. Every touch was intentional, the flow- absolutely flawless. So much love and care goes into these massages and it shows. After a few disappointing (very expensive) massages at luxury hotel chain spas, I can honestly say this today was the best I’ve ever had. The venue is absolutely stunning, so clean and fresh, even down to the bed sheets 🤣 they smelt absolutely divine! Thank you so so much. Xx
