Before we begin, she goes through the treatment plan with me so I know what we'll be doing, when, and why. On top of that, she's such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. I highly recommend her!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I’ve never felt so relaxed during a treatment. If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

fantastic experience. Dr Mehreen is an absolute professional. As others have mentioned you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. I had a subtle lip enhancement which i always dread but i barely felt a thing and the results are exactly what i wanted. Symmetrical and completely natural. I had two areas of Botox which again have smoothed out my wrinkles. Highly recommend Dr Mehreen 😊
