I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

Heather was fantastic! My facial was incredibly relaxing, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. I would so recommend coming here and have done so with my friends + family :) x
