Fantastic and positive experience from start to finish. Rita is lovely ,she is extremely professional which is so important when as a customer I am not sure on what would be best treatment for me ,she explained everything to me , helped me to decide which treatment was best suited to me . I had a Botox appointment with Julia today and she was fantastic. She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Her technique was gentle and precise, and the whole experience felt very reassuring. I’m really pleased with how smooth and seamless the appointment was. Highly recommend her!

The colour she chose suits me beautifully — natural, soft, and exactly what I wanted. My lips healed really well, and the result looks so fresh and defined. Very relaxing experience and also very true to the Manual lymphatic drainage massage. Other MLD massages I have had does not tap into all the individual lymph nodes as I have experienced today. Would highly recommend.
