This was my first time having any kind of treatment, and Denel was absolutely lovely and so informative. He explained what to expect, provided thorough aftercare advice, and helped me build a skincare routine by recommending products suited to my skin. Faiza was so welcoming and friendly. I had my first hydra facial and it was amazing experience. She also did head massage it was relaxing. My skin look glowing and deep cleaned. Definitely recommend amazing service.

I went to see michelle for the second tine and i can say that she was very professional , I was having a treatment done and she made me feel calm as i was quite nervous she talked to me while she carried out the treatment and reassured me and gave me after xare advice I would definitely recommend this lady and the shop for her treatments

I had a microneedling treatment at Glow By Thea, and it was genuinely exceptional. Thea explained everything clearly, checked in throughout, and created such a calm environment. I recently had a dermabrasion facial with Nicole and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing — the gentle exfoliation felt soothing, and the environment made it easy to unwind completely. Lovely welcome, really friendly for my first booking. I have to say, it was the best facial I have had - the facial massage during treatments felt firm but relaxing. (Whereas other places I have been they have applied a product then just taken it off). Whereas this felt a treat! My skin felt so soft after and felt relaxed. Would recommend and will book again, thank you ♥️
