The setting is divine, Jude is so professional and lovely and the massage amazing. I’ve also previously had a facial which I also recommend. The products are also lovely and Jude really knows her stuff. Highly recommend 5*

My deluxe Dermaplane today with Lauryn was amazing. The cosy room and heated bed was so luxurious. My skin is so soft and hydrated and the head neck and shoulders massage was out of this world! Thank you

Well what can I say i went here for a sweedish massage and my God did she deliver. From start to finish she made me feel at ease her massage room is so peaceful and Natalie is really amazing at what she does if I could give her 10 stars I would. I definitely will be back she sorted my back right out for me her massaging was so relaxing I think I even fell asleep at one point. Thanks again Natalie I will be booking to come again soon .

Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

Hannah always provides the best sports massage. She is incredibly knowledgeable & passionate about her work and it shows. If I ever have muscle issues or pains Hannah seems to fix me! Highly recommend!

I had the Pre-Natal Pamper with Jenna this evening and it was amazing and just what I needed at 29 weeks pregnant! Nothing too much trouble for Jenna; when I felt uncomfortable in my lower back, she got extra pillows, she got me some water half way through as I got an annoying cough! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. I went to thailand in January and had a massage whilst there which was amazing but I can honestly say the zen den beat that. Very professional and a fantastic relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend the zen den over any other to the point I don't mind the hour journey to get there...

I've recently tried the algae peel treatment and my skin has done a total 180 even after just 2 treatments.....I love it!!! My skin is clearer, pores smaller and scarring dissappearing. I've found a whole new confidence in my skin and genuinely feel like I'm glowing. I can now confidently just wear a tinted SPF and feel amazing. If you're considering it.....just do it as it's totally worth the results!!!! Lauren is so good and knowledgeable at what she does, I would not go anywhere else. She genuinely cares about her clients and it shows.

I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa at Elements Day Spa. I also added the head, shoulder and facial massage into my booking for £15 which was definitely worth doing. It was so relaxing and I did find myself nodding off every so often 🤣 the salon was lovely, staff were fab and the spa room was so relaxing with spa music playing throughout my treatment. Thank you so much, I will 100% be back and have recommended you to all my friends already!! X

Had a really nice Indian Head Massage with Jude. It was quite different than any i have had before, but i left feeling really relaxed and had quite a good nights sleep, which i seldom get. Thanks again Jude.
