From the moment I walked in, Sam made me feel welcome and at ease. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and the results are fantastic ,natural looking and exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Sam to anyone considering Botox. I’ll definitely be coming back!

After going through the menopause, loss of weight through weight loss jabs and being let down by another aesthetic practitioner midway through treatments and just before a family wedding, I have to admit both my face and confidence was knocked. Nurse Sam was absolutely fantastic. Warm, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout my experience. She explained everything clearly, from the treatment itself to recovery, aftercare, and expected results, and was always happy to answer any follow-up questions online. The private treatment rooms were excellent and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. Both Nurse Sam and Nurse Emily are truly among the very best in the local area.
