I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Bobbie was so kind and thoughtful ensuring I was comfortable throughout with my position, the temperature of the room etc. The massage was incredible I did not want it to end and it’s really helped with the parts that are so painful for me at the moment.
