Wow wow wow! Tallia just did my hair and it’s out of this world! I love it!! I didn’t really know what I wanted, I just knew I wanted balayage and explained to her as best as I could…it’s like she read my mind! Trust her and she will make you look amazing x she is not just an amazing hairdresser, she’s a lovely person as well. Laura was also so beautiful to deal with and has an amazing future ahead of her!! Good visit to Frenz for haircut and foils:) Would have rated 5 stars but my hair was very wet when I left and its usually half dried:)( maybe because Michelle was short staffed today)I will be back.

Best hairdressing experience I have had!! I have spent years trying to find a good salon on the Gold Coast and I can confidently say, I won't go anywhere else again! All staff members have the basic customer service skills that most salons on the Gold Coast lack. I felt welcome and relaxed. They also have incredible knowledge,understanding and talent. The salon is beautiful and in a great location. Tallia is amazing and fixed a really bad extension job that was done somewhere else. The only thing I regret is not coming earlier!
