Elena was my therapist. The whole experience was amazing. Usually I can’t shut my mind off but the sound therapy at the start was really calming, the scents were calming, the salon was lovely, the room was a lovely temperature and the head spa and mini facial package I chose was amazing. I was so relaxed I fell asleep under the water halo. The only regret I have is not booking earlier in my stay because I would have done it a second time!

I felt so welcome & relaxed with Muntaha during my face & body waxing. A very professional service in a pristine salon. I was even lucky enough to have a Devine paraffin hand treatment. I highly recommend Beauty on Queen and will definitely go back.

4.5 stars- The tech removed BIBG that I had for just over a week (it started chipping within 24hrs) from another salon that was too hard to get back into. She took her time and carefully removed it before applying the overlay in acrylic. She listened to how I wanted my nails (clean, natural, thin, timeless elegant, nothing fancy) and didn’t push for more. She checked with me at every stage to see if I was happy and easily changed anything I wasn’t. The only thing I would say is cleanup could have been better however I am super picky and a perfectionist. I will be back.

All lash technicians are NOT created equal! I was seeing Mel & very happy, but about a year ago, I thought I would try to find someone a little closer to home. After 4 appointments with different salons in my area & results that ranged from very average to down right awful, I am back with Mel & will never wander again! She is without doubt the best on the GC!

Always leave with relaxing head massage, refreshed colour along with beautiful looking eyebrows following threading and tint. The salon is always spotlessly clean, welcomed by friendly staff although I do miss seeing familiar faces like Tay as her days of roster have changed. What a great first experience! I was extremely nervous for my first Brazilian wax. I am also pregnant, so this added on to my anxiety. Muntaha was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was in great hands. She was quick and talked me through the whole process. Her salon is beautiful and clean. Will definitely be going back!
