Went to enquire regarding a wig came out wearing one. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was apprehensive but there was no need. The lady that helped us picked out a wig ( the first one) put it on and I was returned to the person I was before I was ill. I love it. Highly recommend.

Claire was wonderfully understanding and calming and helpful on a scary emotional day for me. She did everything she could to put me at ease and made helpful suggestions and implemented an easy updo also on the beautiful wig she found me that was closest to my own hairstyle, to give the versatility I had with my own hair. My experience of buying a wig from Morgans following chemotherapy has been fantastic. Claire was informative, kind and is obviously experienced. She didn't hurry me and answered any questions. She made a difficult time much easier. Thanks also to Rhian who managed to get the wig delivered early with her persistent phonecalls.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Morgans. My wig was ordered without issues, arrived really quickly and the fitting today was another pleasant experience. Claire was so helpful- this was my third visit to the shop with my husband to collect a wig I ordered- I already owned a beautiful topper from you, but had ordered a full wig this time. I changed my mind about the style and colour as it was so different from my natural look. So I asked if Claire could order me one as close to my topper as possible instead, as I really love it! Absolutely brilliant experience. Rebecca Morgan is just superb. I went to see her first to choose wig, as I'm having chemotherapy with cold cap treatment and her kindness and advice was wonderful. I then back went to get my long, thick hair cut in accordance with her advice, to help with the cold capping, and she's done the most fabulous job. Going from a blonde bob to a brunette pixie cut required a very deep breath, but with Rebecca's help it's been a smooth, positive experience.
