Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Really happy with my overall experience with Ryan. I came in for insertions Achilles tendinopathy. I've now completed a 6 session course of shockwave therapy and I have experienced gradual improvement until 4th session and in the past 2 sessions, 5-6 I've experienced significant improvement and now I'm at a level where we are doing an injury assessment to assess where I'm at with my goal of playing football and other sports.

So another brilliant session for my teenager today. As a regional swimmer, rugby player and footballer he’s prone to doing too much and needing the team to help him put himself back together - but Ryan really is a consummate professional and his approach really is excellent. My lad understands and trusts Ryan’s advice and support and Ryan genuinely has a gift to treat the whole client not just their injury. Excellent!!

Ryan is excellent at what he does. He has a very broad knowledge of the body. He has a very good approach to enabling you to recover. He is also very enthusiastic and gives 110%. I always feel better after a session and more confident I can over come the issues I went with.

Ryan has helped my teenager with a couple of injuries and his approach has been age appropriate, explaining how to best complete their recovery in a meaningful way. M20 health was a perfect solution in finding out my resting metabolic rate so i can plan my meals/trainig program to efficiently see results in my weight loss journey . Adam was very helpful on the day and prior to the appointment. Adam explained how the test would work and then sat down after with me to discuss the results and talk about why i wanted the test and what i can do to optimise results, and sent me the results via email. Overall i was very pleased with the expiernce and i am planning to go back to M20 health or test myself again and see if my results have improved.

Got my baseline calorie expenditure measured with Adam and genuinely learned a lot about what my needs are, and why calorie restriction alone may not be the way to lose weight if it takes me below the baseline. We worked out that with some tweaks to my activity levels, I could indeed cut calories while remaining above my baseline, and why this would be better. He took the time to go through everything and was very thorough. Worth the travel and the fee. Great help Adam, thank you!

Adam is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable and professional. I suffered 2 fractured vertebrae and have always been scared to exercise / do any weights because of the injury. Adam listened to my concerns and tailored exercises to my ability. Building my confidence and allowing me to push myself without causing injury. I’m really looking forward to the next session!
