Mel is absolutely fantastic at eyebrow threading! She is always so accommodating and makes every appointment such a pleasant experience. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also warm, friendly, and always up for a good laugh, which instantly puts you at ease. Before you know it, the treatment is done and your brows look amazing. One thing I really appreciate is that if an earlier appointment becomes available, she'll often send me a message to let me know, which is such thoughtful and excellent customer service. My service was good from the nail practioner lady❤️.I was sad to know you dont do full deluxe treatments for 16h45 appointments from the lady in reception .I only got gel done offwich that was not my order .Was told because its late you can only do Gel😭 after waiting till 5pm to get assisted.Will def go back to century city branch

Azraa is the most incredible lash artist there is. I’m new to CT and was lucky enough to find a place which far exceeds what I thought lashes and brows could look like done properly. The “signature lashes” done by Azraa are absolutely incredible. They are soft and last me around 4 weeks max. Azraa is not only an incredible therapist to listen to all your drama but an incredibly quick artist. The venue is serene and relaxing. I have done lashes, eyebrow threading and tint and lamination as well as dermaplaning in the last month with Azraa and every service has been incredible!!!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my gel nails done at the Century City branch by the absolute superstar Susan, and let me just say – I’m obsessed! From the moment I sat down, Susan made me feel so comfortable, like I was catching up with an old friend (except this friend is armed with nail tools and magical skills). She has the patience of a saint and the precision of a surgeon – every nail was shaped and polished to perfection. Honestly, I kept staring at my hands like they belonged to someone else. If I could legally marry my nails, I probably would. What I loved most is how much attention Susan gives.

I am very happy with Nandi doing my nails today. I do however have a complain about the way the salons deal with clients that have gift vouchers. According to the receptionist at Century City you dont get a stamp on your card when using a voucher. Why not??? Is has been paid and def not a gift from the salon itself. If this continue I will take my service elsewhere as it is unfair.
