Wow! What an amazing experience I've had. I was a bit skeptical and worried about my treatment today because I'm pregnant. Raquel greeted me with a warm smile on her face. She's such a lovely lady and very meticulous with her work. I have been to a few places before to have a Hollywood wax done, and I must admit that my experience here is on another level. It was painless, and Raquel made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. I will definitely comeback here again! Thank you Raquel 😍

Wonderful as usual. I brought a friend on this occasion who'd never had a pedicure before. She absolutely loved it. Laura looked after her, and really went above and beyond to ensure she left feeling relaxed. I can't rate The Treatment Rooms high enough, and all the girls, Vikki, Laura, and Lucy, are all just absolutely lovely :)

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I had a wonderful pedicure with Racquel today. She was accommodating, extremely skilled and great to chat to. I a as Lao had the benefit of a silent foot and lower leg massage at the end of my treatment. I felt pampered and valued as a client at the treatment rooms.

I booked expecting a firm sports massage, what I got was way, way more (in a good way!!). Julie carried out a full posture analysis and identified some areas which needed correction. A full and very targeted session later and I feel taller, more balanced and have a better understanding of what I need to change to get myself aligned again! Thanks Julie - will be back soon!
