I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Lucy Was so calm during the massage and made me feel really relaxed. The bed was warmed which was a lovely feel also adding to the relaxing feeling. The massage Lucy gave me was wonderful. I was sorry when it finished.

The therapist was lovely, sweet and professional. The heated blanket was nice I don’t like the music Lights were very bright I don’t understand why my eyelids seems black. Maybe it will go This was the first time I tried a tint and lift and I not sure about it but that’s just me

When home I try to get a massage once a month. I wasn’t sure what to expect being used to my massage therapist at home. I was exceptionally pleased with the comfort of the room and my massage was wonderful. Next time I’m in Hastings I will visit again.
