After 3 years of living in Edinburgh and trying different places I am so glad I found VelvetBrows! I always used to end up with thin eyebrows after threading which I always told any beautician I don’t want before starting, however Zivile really listens and she’s done a tremendous job in shaping my eyebrows (threading only) without thinning them. She is very professional and very passionate about what she does, I would strongly recommend Velvet Brows! Now I need to look no further as I’ll always come back here

I always have such an amazing experience at Bare! Rachael and Honor are both incredible at what they do. The place is lovely and both girls are so lovely and professional. Best place in Edinburgh for waxing, I always recommend it to friends!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by Rachael for years and couldn’t recommend her more! I moved abroad a couple of years ago and refuse to find a new brow bar! I make sure to book an appointment whenever I’m home in Edinburgh.

I got artists choice by Linda and she totally nailed it 😉 I have these EPIC tiger nails with 3D flowers and I am so in love. The funny thing is I wouldn’t have picked these for myself but I trust her completely and they literally are SO ME! I love doing artists choice it’s such an exciting surprise

This was my first time getting waxed, and I went all in with a full body waxing. Niamh was wonderful and very friendly. The gender inclusivity they advertise is very much not for show, and she made me feel comfortable on myself despite having gender/body dysphoria issues. I will definitely be coming back, highly recommend!
