Im so confident with Rosie..i let her decide whats best for me. Today went for a full colour, cut, treatment and blow. We thought of a colour - i was fine. Amazing massage with Remy - she comes with a very clever table set up & lovely oil/soundtrack, so everything is super professional & like you're in a spa! Perfect pressure and she hones in on those tight areas & releases them so you're fully relaxed by the time she leaves. Have been booking Remy for years and will continue to do so

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you, Rosie and the team – I will definitely be returning!

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.
