Amazing staff who were so kind and friendly doing a wash cut and blow dry for my two little girls. They were patient and made the girls feel very at ease. Great value for money also compared to other local salons. Both girls get very grown up leaving the appointment!

Amazing massage with Remy - she comes with a very clever table set up & lovely oil/soundtrack, so everything is super professional & like you're in a spa! Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.
