I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really educate you about the treatments you are considering, explaining the benefits and whether they are genuinely suitable for your skin type. Her approach is very bespoke and client-focused, and you always feel that she has your best interests at heart. I completed a course of 3 PRP treatments with her and have already noticed that my hair feels much healthier and stronger. I have now started a course of polynucleotides (under eye) and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued results.

Amazing massage, one of the best I’ve ever had with the lovely Dior (and I’ve had a lot of massages), found all my tight/tense spots. Lovely ladies and surroundings too. Had eyebrow shape and tint and again the best experience - very thorough and precise. Will defo be back soon. Lisa B x

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.
