I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

Always excellent service. Expert at threading and gel nails, super kind to my teenage daughter too when in for treatments. I would 100% highly recommend.

She is amazing at what she does. So far I have gotten a brow wax, brow tint and lash tint and it has been excellent. I’m going to do threading on my brows next as I use retinol and threading may be a better fit for me. I love that she took the time to suggest that to find something that would work for me! I cannot recommend Waxthetics enough! My daughter will be heading in shortly for a manicure too!

Very clean, organized, I receive quick prompt service from very friendly staff. It was my first time threading my eyebrow's or even going to a have anything done. I will defiantly be going back for my eyebrows and other services.
