I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

It was my first time at Letaya Salon yesterday & Harmeet, who did eyebrow threading for me, made me feel welcome. She was cheerful, friendly, & accommodating. She was also not pushy in trying to sell more services to me. Instead she was more than happy to discuss my other options on eyebrow care & what may or may not work for me. Harmeet's delivery of customer service definitely makes me want to come back for more. :-)

I love seeing Harmeet for eyebrow threading. She is an expert at it, and is such a sweet lady. The price is so reasonable!

Always excellent service. Expert at threading and gel nails, super kind to my teenage daughter too when in for treatments. I would 100% highly recommend.

Harmit Ji and Ankit provided outstanding service, making me feel incredibly comfortable during my visit. For short haircut especially this is the best place. Prices are in budget. I'll definitely be a regular customer. Best wishes to Harmit Ji and her team.

She is amazing at what she does. So far I have gotten a brow wax, brow tint and lash tint and it has been excellent. I’m going to do threading on my brows next as I use retinol and threading may be a better fit for me. I love that she took the time to suggest that to find something that would work for me! I cannot recommend Waxthetics enough! My daughter will be heading in shortly for a manicure too!
