I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

I had a shiatsu massage with Francesca and it was wonderful. The perfect balance between working through the pain points while still feeling relaxed. I’m grateful for her skilled hands. I feel so much better. I would highly recommend this spa, as it is a clean, quiet and beautiful space. I’d also highly recommend Francesca. She was very professional and an excellent masseuse.

Emma was fantastic. The pure forest facial (and massage) was incredible - I left feeling pampered and revigorated. The spa was a beautiful setting and everything was very clean and relaxing. Thank you. I will be back!

She is amazing at what she does. So far I have gotten a brow wax, brow tint and lash tint and it has been excellent. I’m going to do threading on my brows next as I use retinol and threading may be a better fit for me. I love that she took the time to suggest that to find something that would work for me! I cannot recommend Waxthetics enough! My daughter will be heading in shortly for a manicure too!

Very clean, organized, I receive quick prompt service from very friendly staff. It was my first time threading my eyebrow's or even going to a have anything done. I will defiantly be going back for my eyebrows and other services.
