The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed.
