Been using elements bodywork for a number of months now and definitely seeing the benefits. Was initially apprehensive due to a couple of bad experiences, but so glad I chose elements bodywork. Patrick is incredibly knowledgable and happy to explain things (and equally happy to just get on with it!!). He’s also very friendly and professional which I value a lot. Fantastic massage.Fi has magic hands and I felt so at ease and relaxed during my massage! I don’t know if it’s pregnancy or if it was her set up (quite possibly both), but I think I slightly nodded off at one point- whatever it was, the hour’s massage passed in a flash. I’ll be back, for a postnatal massage too, that was an experience I want to repeat!
