Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Been using elements bodywork for a number of months now and definitely seeing the benefits. Was initially apprehensive due to a couple of bad experiences, but so glad I chose elements bodywork. Patrick is incredibly knowledgable and happy to explain things (and equally happy to just get on with it!!). He’s also very friendly and professional which I value a lot. I've had quite a few massages over the years, and I have to say, my massage with Patrick was the best one I've ever had! Elements Bodywork is now my go-to and I'll be telling all my friends to come here. It was not your standard one-size-fits-all approach, Patrick really took the time to get to know my problem areas and work on alleviating tension. Once again had a very relaxing massage with Toni today. She worked on all the areas I've been struggling with pain and applied just the right amount of pressure . Just what I needed, I highly recommend Toni .
