A very relaxing experience with a skilled healer. I have chronic shoulder pain and toni helps me to manage this and always adjusts to my needs. Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Patrick is the best person I've been to for a massage. He made me feel at ease, and made sure I was comfortable. He did a wonderful massage which helped my stiff shoulders and neck, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Would highly recommend.
