I had a massage yesterday evening. If felt great at the time, very relaxing, and I could tell there was deep release going on. I had the absolutely best, deepest sleep last night and have woken this morning with more energy than I’ve had for weeks. Jo is an incredible massage practitioner, what she does moves things about in your body and mind and makes you feel released and well and rested. Amazing.

From the moment she opened the front door, Jo was completely focused on putting my son at ease and making the experience about him in a way that he was comfortable with. He absolutely loves his massages with Jo and she is very encouraging with his development of his body awareness. The best bit.....? He was quiet and still for the entire time on the table. No mean feat for a boy who is on overdrive from dawn til dusk. It made me feel relaxed just watching. The environment is clean and totally covid safe but definitely not clinical. You are made to feel at home. Thank you Jo.
