I’ve had massages before, but as an athlete, my body tends to be extremely tight. Today, I experienced the most incredible massage! She was able to pinpoint all of my problem areas and gave them the attention they needed. The level of focus and precision was truly impressive. I walked out feeling looser, more relaxed, and refreshed. Highly recommend!

HUGE Progress with my therapy with Ms. Nereida. I'm able to lift my arms now and stretch my upper body. Getting dressed is becoming easier now and gaining strength. I'm able to do more housework and get groceries. I couldn't drive before and I'm starting to drive without being in pain.
