Amazing experience. I’m traveling a lot for work and have been visiting a lot of different Thai massage in Europe. This was probably the best one. After 30 min of sauna ( included in the price ) I had a shower and went for the massage itself. For once I had chosen a Swedish massage which was perfectly performed by Didi. I understand they are also a training center for future massagist and I know why. Will surely visit them again next time I am in London. 👍👍👍👍👍

I had a two hour Thai Oil massage - which my therapist Zina tailored to my need. I have particular back pain which would require medical care - Zina worked with pull, stretch, deep tissue and manipulative techniques - focusing on my back (but a whole body massage), to better my very stiff lower back, neck and shoulders. Zina worked on some fatty tissue (formed as a harmless lump about 3cm wide - which I have had for a few years) - it was painful whilst working on it - but surprisingly it's now disappeared. The treatment was thorough and Zina put a lot of hard work and concentration in.

The massage itself is very good and I liked the therapists. I have a note to the management though. Can you please consider adjusting the sound system in every room? It would be better if every room has its own control over music. For me, it’s hard to relax when music is loud and it ruins the entire experience. Or even perhaps cover the dynamics so the sound can be muted? Thanks.

The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. The massage therapists were amazing—professional, attentive, and skilled. We all thoroughly enjoyed our massages, which lasted for a full hour and were incredibly relaxing. It was such a treat for all of us, and we left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend Layana Finchley and will definitely be returning!
