I’ve been having massages for just over a year, averaging one a month and can feel the positive difference in my body. Nicola is so knowledgeable and can explain to me why I have knots and tension and helps me by providing great suggestions for stretches etc. 100% recommend.

This was my first experience of a lymphatic drainage massage (MLD). Before the massage I felt sluggish and my legs were aching and heavy. I am very impressed with the techniques Nicola used and how amazing I felt afterwards. Nicola is very friendly and professional and explained how the lymphatic drainage massage works. MLD is very healing and it felt wonderful to know the lymphatic system was being drained of all the unwanted toxins. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicola and will definitely be making regular appointments.
