This was the best deep tissue massage I’ve lived to experience definitely would give more than 5 stars if I could. This was my first experience of a lymphatic drainage massage (MLD). Before the massage I felt sluggish and my legs were aching and heavy. I am very impressed with the techniques Nicola used and how amazing I felt afterwards. Nicola is very friendly and professional and explained how the lymphatic drainage massage works. MLD is very healing and it felt wonderful to know the lymphatic system was being drained of all the unwanted toxins.
