Head spa and massage was good, hair may have needed to been a bit further assessed before starting and detangled before getting wet so was easier to brush through and dry afterwards. Hair didn’t necessarily feel completely “clean” and rinsed afterwards. Otherwise nice experience for a relaxing treat.

Absolutely love “The Gym” all the girls are so lovely and caring. They genuinely care about the experience you have during treatments and they make you feel so comfortable. I am doing fat cavitation treatments I am on my second one and loving the results so far I couldn’t recommend this place more I would give 10 stars if I could ❤️❤️

Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session

I thought it was lovely, but a little rushed. I thought it would be at least an hour, just for the hair spa, and I opted to add in a mini facial, which was great, and that should have then been over an hour. but I was in and out back to my car in less than an hour. So that was disappointing. But my hair feels great, and the facial was lovely.

Very relaxing, very much needed. Thought the actual head massage part might have been done a little longer but still thoroughly enjoyed it, the lady was great and I could have fallen asleep. Blow dry needed some work/practice but as a hairdresser I could tell immediately she was learning so it didn’t bother me, also she mentioned another person was sick so assume she was stepping in. She did a great job considering she is learning and I have long hair, she was lovely to talk too. Really enjoyed the afternoon thank you.

Used my Xmas gift card for a 20 minute head spa. The most relaxing massage I have ever had. My only regret was not booking for the 40 minutes. Can definitely recommend for a self care luxury

If there were more stars to give, I would give them. My treatment today with the beautiful Anastasia was truly magical. Time stood still and my body felt as if it was floating off the table. Anastasia is a skilled practitioner and her hands intuitively knew where to stop and focus on tight areas around my neck, shoulders and scalp. The scalp massage is truly beautiful. Don't underestimate the healing qualities of this wonderful treatment. I know I will be a regular client at The.Gym as part of my 2024 wellness ritual bucket list. Thank you so much Anastasia.

The most relaxing hair wash/massage I have ever had in my life! Every single thing they did was phenomenal and so relaxing. And the room had such nice lighting and a beautiful smell from the candles they had on. Keen for the 7th to get a body sculpting session!! Xx

Jo was AMAZING. she was so informative about choosing the best products for my hair and explained the process and the benefits of each product before beginning. All the products smelt incredible, the entire experience was so luxurious from the warm blanket, to the head massage, the water ring, the neck and shoulder massage and the music. The entire place is stunning, bright and welcoming. I left feeling so relaxed and my hair feels unreal. Can’t wait for my next hair spa. X

All I can say is WOW in regards to the hair spa treatment. After a below average day how fantastic was it to unwind and relax. 10/10 for the scalp massage and the shampoo and treatment was to die for, let alone the perfect music they play. I can’t wait to book in again. Well done girls xxx
