Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. The treatment room itself was impeccably clean and stylish, reflecting the high standards. Can't recommend her enough!!

I was new to sugaring though had waxed before but now won't go back to waxing! This is less painful and Sophie is quick, efficient and friendly. The salon room itself is lovely - right in the centre of town, in Flying Horse Walk but still private and relaxed. I am now a regular client and absolutely would recommend Sophie and her service.

The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, and Sophie was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. My skin feels super soft and would definitely recommend as a highly positive experience. This was my 2nd appointment with Sophie. Really recommend sugaring as a form of hair removal, minimal discomfort (compared to waxing it's pretty much pain free!), and after the sugaring I did not struggle with as many ingrown hairs by following Sophie's advice on aftercare. Highly recommend.

She had me laughing, and made the process feel so much more relaxed and enjoyable. I felt totally comfortable, and the results are incredible!
