Heidi is incredible! I see her every 3 weeks for dip and a pedicure. She always looks out for the health of my nails, and no one does a dip manicure like her! They are sleek and not bulky, like dip can be sometimes. She is courteous and great with timing. I always look forward to chatting with her :)

It was amazing. I had a full Body Massage with heated stones, facial, manicure, pedicure and a Brazilian wax! The atmosphere was relaxed, calm and peaceful. Hilary's smile and warm personality made me feel comfortable. The services were top notch! I'll definitely be a return customer!!

Super clean place, affordable, friendly aestheticians and good work. Had a regular "I love myself" pedicure and very relaxing. My big toe did chip after 2 weeks but I think it's either the quality of the polish or maybe something I did but not the work itself. At other places it usually lasts me a month or so but no biggie to me. It's small and next time I'll probably just bring my own polish if they allow it.

Absolutely incredible experience! Totally professional from start to finish! Truly the very best facial I have ever received. Calming ambience and extremely attentive to ever aspect of your visit from the foot massage and pedicure to the deep tissue masssage and stretching techniques that would only rival an athletic training facility. I was extremely satisfied and will be returning again each month for the same relaxing and invigorating experience! I encourage you to try her out as soon as you can. I promise, you will not regret it at all!

Very pleasant atmosphere with great people working there. Very happy with my manicure and pedicure. Have been going here for several years and always been pleased. Try it, you’ll like it!

The atmosphere is so very spa like and you feel relaxed when walking in the door. My tastes are simple with my nails, but if I venture into other colors, there’s a variety of options available. Everyone is welcoming and the mood is livened because of them. I walked out feeling great about my nails and the service I received.

First time ever at Flexi and I had such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was inviting, and all of the providers were so kind and welcoming. The spa was immaculately clean which is huge for me! My boyfriend even ended up getting a pedicure, and he loved it too. Lily was my nail tech and she absolutely killed my set, my nails look incredible, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments! Christine and Erin gave my mom and I a zesty pedicure, they did the best job! My mom keeps saying how it was the nicest place she went to and the nicest staff!
