Sofia is honestly amazing I love my nails. She’s so professional easy to talk to and really makes the whole appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients highly recommend! :)

I booked for waxing and eyebrow tint/thread for the first time with sue and was delighted with Sue’s attention to deal and manner! She’s a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve now found my new lady for treatments in Coventry 🥰

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Second time visiting BN Studio customer service phenomenal. Communication good throughout the service even offered me the choice to watch something on TV. Sofia paid great attention to detail.
