I have been to Adele a few times now. She is super professional and really pays attention to detail. As a returning customer I feel like I've found a place where I can entrust my mental wellbeing in Adeles hands. I have felt very well cared for throughout the visits i've had and have left feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I have never felt so well cared for before. She is super hard working and a very lovely person. Its been a pleasure getting to know her and I always feel welcome upon my return. The head spa was simply perfect!! Just what I needed to unwind!

Can't recommend Jennifer enough. I was very nervous trying Botox and I'd put it off for a while. I was made to feel so comfortable from just walking into reception and the actual appointment Jennifer talked to me which did help distract me and felt like she actually took an interest in me and not just another appointment. I really like going and would always recommend House of Rose for any treatments. Never had a bad experience here

I have wanted lip filler for years but was always too scared. After some amazing regular treatments with the other girls here , I took the plunge with Jennifer! I had my first appointment today after a well informed consultation, and all I can say is wow! It was virtually painless, just little nips here and there . I have never felt so confident after years of insecurity. The loveliest girls I have ever met at reception, numbed me up before treatment and me off with an extensive home care kits and info. These girls are fantastic. Thank you so much for making a tired mum feel beautiful again !

Today was my 2nd visit to House of Rose…. As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome by the lovely Reception staff. My appointments for the treatments I have received were with Jennifer, who is absolutely amazing at what she does and so knowledgeable. Straight away you are put at ease and everything is explained fully. I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend this fab place and Jennifer x

After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. Not to mention I now feel more wedding ready! Thank you so much xxx

Jennifer is an amazing practitioner. She told me no to some of what I asked for, which is a sign of a fabulous service - she doesn’t want to do treatments which aren’t going to enhance what you have and I love her for that. I’m so pleased with the outcome and will never go anywhere else.

No matter the treatment I have booked in for it is always a 5 star rating from me. From entering the building to leaving you are made to feel like a VIP. Beyond that the aftercare is second to none. I recently had a massage with Michaela to help ease some pain and discomfort in my hip, leg, and buttocks area. She was incredibly professional yet very approachable, taking the time to listen and then focusing exactly on the issues we had discussed. Michaela really worked her magic — I felt so much relief afterwards. The space itself is also lovely, welcoming, and inviting, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
