Best Spa Treatments near me in Swanmore, Ryde

I booked a spa treatment and afternoon tea for my self and my brother, who is visually impaired. This is his first time in a spa. Everyone was so helpful, especially Kayleigh who greeted us with a very warm welcome , and was extremely pleasant. The service in the Brasserie was also extremely good , great customer service and great cocktails afterwards. We will definitely both be returning,

I thought the spa facilities were good though the jets in the pool and the steam room timings would benefit from increasing. There are few working locks in the mens changing room. I thought some robes were a little too second hand. The food was excellent.

Beautiful day, good facilities , lovely staff but I think another outside or bigger tub is required as people waiting all the time for it so you feel pressured to get out.

The massage was lovely, but felt like I was cut short of time. My appointment was 10am, I got called in at 10:04, when she took me to the room and told me to get undressed into just my underwear I explained I only had a rope and swimsuit on so won’t take me long. She then came back into the 5 minutes later so treatment started at 10:09. She then finished the massage at 10:52 which was 3 minutes earlier than it should have been, so feel like I’ve lost nearly 15 minutes of treatment. Like I said the message was lovely and very relaxing but felt like I did miss out a little with the time.

I felt welcomed in the Brasserie while waiting for my spa treatment. The spa manager was flexible to meet my needs, nothing felt too much trouble. The treatment itself was relaxing and comfortable

I have had a lovely time at Lakeside today (and yesterday) yes I’ve been thoroughly spoiling myself! The staff have been very attentive and accommodating throughout the restaurant and the spa. My whole day has been seamlessly perfect. I enjoyed a lovely spa treatment after my spa session, followed by an evening meal. Can’t wait to treat myself all over again sometime soon. 😊☺️

Amazing weekend break with spa treatments. Staff all incredible. Cleaning staff, wait staff, spa all Friday happy helpful people. Very clean We had bfast and lunch in brasserieeach day which was very tasty. Great IPA too. Thankyou everyone x.

An enjoyable evening. The pool was warmer than I’ve experienced on previous visits which was great. Another jacuzzi would be good as this is always popular and people are inclined to stay in there for a long time, denying others the opportunity to get in.

All staff are always lovely. My facial was absolutely incredible, highly recommend!
