✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. I recently tried pressotherapy there, and it was extremely calming and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. Brought my mum for a belated mothers day present, we were very much not disappointed. We had Filip help us with all the ins and puts of the recovery lounge and he was very lovely and helpful, will definitely be booking with the wellness lounge again in the near future

Waiyee was my therapist and she was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me options and worked alongside my needs, so this made my experience very personalised. Her knowledge was outstanding. Very sociable also! I will definitely be returning for further treatments now I know her and the wellness lounge! Great calming, peaceful environment. I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

We had an amazing experience at the Wellness Lounge. The host, Filip, was an absolute Star - he talked us through every aspect of the room with a true passion for what he was doing. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the room decor was a warm and comfortable place to be. We left the session feeling fresh and revitalized. We honestly recommend it and surely come back soon! Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Just had my second microneedling session with Emily, and I can’t recommend her enough. She always makes the experience feel relaxed and comfortable by tailoring the treatment to my skin’s specific needs.
