I had a Reiki treatment with the wonderful Cheryl at Simply Zen in Belfast yesterday. To say I needed it was an understatement, my meditation at home seemed stuck somehow. Cheryl got me from the off, she could sense my almost burnout. I could feel the work she was doing unblocking my Chakras, she also made me feel totally at ease. I left with great advice to take time out and ground myself as well. I can not recommend this healing enough, I feel remotivated to take time out. Lots of thanks to Cheryl and Simply Zen ❤️
