I had a good experience at the salon — the space was clean and welcoming, and the treatment itself felt relaxing and effective. The therapist was kind and professional, which I really appreciated. The only thing I would have liked is a bit more communication during the treatment — just some brief explanations about what was being applied or the steps involved. This was my first visit to Claws and Pause and I was so impressed. Probably the most relaxing nail appointment I’ve ever had. The space is so nice and Home Alone 2 was on for me to enjoy at the same time. Febae did a fantastic job and was very friendly.

The space where the massage was given is so cosy and beautiful! There was a heated table and ample blankets to keep me toasty. Annie was wonderful and really put her heart and soul into the massage and left me feeling great. So glad to have found this wonderful therapist :)
