It was absolutely amazing, I felt welcome when I came in and perky when i came out.The atmosphere was gorgeous and serene. The customer service was impeccable. Full set bio gel nails with Rama. Friendly service. Asked me multiple times regarding shape of nail to ensure I was happy. I ran an errand at grocery store and immediately had a compliment from check out lady. I recommend and I will also go back.

Love oggi spa , will not go anywhere else ever again!! They are better than anywhere i have gone across Ontario.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Oggi spa, and I can’t say enough great things about my Kazzel! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made the entire visit feel luxurious. Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. Her attention to detail was amazing, and the final result was flawless. My nails have never looked better!

I was very pleased with my experience at the spa. They were very understanding of my situation with being quite late for my appt because the highway had been closed for serious accident and reassured me they would be there for me upon my arrival. They were very receptive and pleasant upon my arrival and did an excellent job on my brows and eye lashes.

This was my first visit & Rita took such incredible care of me💗 I had no idea how unhealthy my previous acrylics were until she removed the polish &gently explained that they were all lifting& that if I kept doing them, a fungus🤢 could start developing. She didn’t rush through it; she truly cared about the health of my nails.she offered to fully remove & redo them the right way using gel & I’m obsessed with how they turned out! Best nails I’ve ever had! 1000/10 <3
